I am a 3rd generation Chinese-Vancouverite living on the traditional and unceded territory of the Skwxwú7mesh-ulh Temíx̱w (Squamish) and Səl̓ílwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations (North Vancouver) with my young family.
I take joy in figuring out all the minute-to-minute details required to produce an event with various moving parts. My favourite thing to hear from a client is that I am making the event planning process simple, easy and stress-free.
Having had the pleasure of planning corporate and social events from small intimate gatherings to dinner for 1000, my team and I can make any event seem like a walk in the park.
While based in North Vancouver, Canada, I love to travel (especially for events)!

ALL IN
Our All In package takes care of every minute detail from engagement until you speed away in your getaway car at night’s end. From venue selection and vendor management to event design and coordination, we will work closely with you to ensure that your wedding dreams come to life with ease and confidence.

CHOOSE YOUR ADVENTURE
Our Choose Your Adventure planning package gives you the flexibility on how to best use our team’s expertise. We will dedicate 100 hours to whatever and where you need us; whether it be vendor management, budget monitoring, timeline creation or something else, we are here for you. Then, our team will be there on event day to execute the plan.

TAKEOVER PLANNING
For the couple that has time to take the reins on the planning and only needs someone to clean up and finalise timelines and execute their well-thought-out plans. Our team will take over the planning 6 weeks out, providing you with the support and day-of coordination you need to create a seamless celebration.

Every event is unique and has it's own blend of logistics, scope and the all-important budget. We are happy to sit down with our potential clients for a no-pressure, how's-life, complimentary coffee date to chat through the event plans. We would love to help!
Since every event is different, we take the information from the initial consult and build out a custom estimate for each of our clients.
From there, it is easy sailing...for our clients at least! We will be busy developing a work back schedule, meeting vendors, executing site visits and just being overall on top of things.

When Katie and Rob, a couple with a decade of memories together, decided to tie the knot, they envisioned a celebration that blended natural beauty with urban convenience. Our team was thrilled to help them bring their vision to life!
After careful consideration and several site visits, we found the perfect setting: the lush Van Dusen Botanical Garden for a romantic ceremony, followed by a reception at the charming Shaughnessy Restaurant, where guests enjoyed cocktails, dinner, and dancing.
